You can change the contents of your order only in the first step of the purchase process. In the shopping cart, at each item click on the “Remove” button to delete the unwanted product.
After the confirmation of the order, unfortunately, you can no longer make changes. Delivery options and payment method also cannot be changed. Always verify that your personal information is correct before completing your purchase!
However, if your order is not yet being processed you can cancel it yourself and place a new order with the desired products. In this case, please follow the instructions on “How can I cancel my order?”
