The reason that no VIP Points have been added to your account may be that you either do not have an account with us or that you ordered with a different email address than the one you used to create your VIP Account. Also if you purchase with a Gift Card, you do not accumulate VIP Points. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until your VIP Points are added to your account. If the points are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service team. If you do so, please send us your order number so we can help you as soon as possible.
