• I have just created an account but I have ordered before. Will I retroactively receive VIP points?

    Points for orders in the current calendar year are credited retrospectively. Points should be added until up to 24 hours after registration. If the points are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service. Please send us your order number so we can help you as soon as possible.

  • I have not been credited any points, what is the Reason for this?

    The reason that no points have been added to your account may be that you either do not have an account with us or that you were not logged into your account during the checkout process. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until your points are added to your account. If the points are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service.

  • How do I redeem my reward points?

    You can redeem your Reward Points for various gifts in our shop. You can always see which gifts are offered for how many points by going to the "My Benefits" tab of the VIP widget on our info page and your account page. The widget can be found on the left or bottom edge of the screen on these pages. On the VIP page, the widget can also be opened by clicking on the button "Open VIP Widget".

  • Where can I see my current status?

    You can view your current status or rank at any time in the My Activities" tab of the VIP widget on our info page and on your account page. The widget can be found on the left and bottom of the screen on these pages, or alternatively on the VIP page by clicking the "Open VIP Widget" button. From 250 points on you are automatically "Adventurer", from 500 points on "Globetrotter".

  • Where do I see my current score?

    You can view your current score at any time by using the VIP widget on our info page and your account page. The widget can be found on the left and bottom of the screen on these pages, or alternatively on the VIP page by clicking the Open VIP Widget" button. Your bonus points are permanently displayed at the top of the VIP widget, your status points can be found in the "My activities" tab of the widget.

  • What is the difference between Status Points and Reward Points?

    In our VIP program we differentiate between Status Points and Reward Points. Status points determine your status at AVA & MAY, i.e. whether you are a hiker, adventurer or globetrotter, and are reset annually on January 1st. Status points are the sum of all your received points within one year and increase with every successfully completed points activity. The status you achieve at the end of the year remains valid for the following year. You can redeem bonus points for rewards, for example for vouchers in the shop. Your rewards points may vary depending on whether you gain new points for activities or spend them on rewards. Reward points expire 12 months after you have collected them. So redeem them quickly! You can view your Reward Points at any time in our VIP widget on our info page and your account page. The widget is located on the left and bottom of your screen on each of these pages. Your Status Points and status can also be found in the VIP widget under the My Activities" tab.

  • What is the VIP program?

    With our VIP program #teamavamay you will receive bonus points for every purchase as well as many other activities on our website. From 250 points you will be unlocked for our "Adventurer" level, from 500 points for the "Globetrotter" level. You will receive great gifts and discounts with each level. The only requirement for participation is the registration of a customer account.
