• What is the VIP program?

    With our VIP programme, you receive VIP points for every purchase as well as for many other activities on our website, which you can use to gain early access to special sales or new products, for example, or to benefit from free standard shipping for all your orders, depending on the level you have reached.

    The only requirement for participation is the registration of a customer account. You can find detailed information on the various ways to collect points as well as the rankings on our VIP programme information page or via the corresponding VIP menu item.

  • How do I progress in the VIP Program?

    Per 1€ spent you will collect 5 VIP Points. If you have between 0-599 points you belong to the "Bronze" tier, between 600-1499 points you are in the "Silver" tier and with more than 1500 points you are in the "Gold" tier. The higher the tier and the more Points you collect, the more benefits and rewards you get!

  • What is the difference between Status Points and Reward Points?

    In our VIP program we differentiate between Status Points and Reward Points:
    - Status Points: They determine your status i.e. whether you are Bronze, Silver or Gold. They are evaluated 12 months after entering the respective level. The status achieved within a year remains valid for the following 12 months.
    - Reward Points: They can be collected and spent on rewards in your VIP Page. Your Reward Points may vary depending on whether you collect new points for activities or spend them on rewards but redeeming them doesn't impact your Status. They expire 12 months after they have been collected. So redeem them quickly! You can view your Reward Points at any time in your VIP Page and in your Account Page.

  • How can I collect points?

    There are many ways to earn points. The first 25, are credited to you after registering your customer account; another 25, by signing up for our newsletter; for every euro of purchase you earn 1 point; you also receive 100 points with your third order placed; and another 100 after your first product review!   • Where can I see my current status and my VIP points?

    Your current VIP Points balance and your Status Points, as well as your status, are immediately displayed in the VIP Page and the Account Page. You will also be notified if VIP Points are about to expire. 

  • I have not been credited any points, what is the reason for this?

    The reason that no VIP Points have been added to your account may be that you either do not have an account with us or that you were not logged into your account during the checkout process. Also if you purchase with a Gift Card, you do not accumulate VIP Points. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until your VIP Points are added to your account. If the points are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service team. If you do so, please send us your order number so we can help you as soon as possible.

  • How do I redeem my reward points?

    You can redeem your Reward Points for various Rewards in your VIP Page. There you can see which gifts are offered in exchange of how many points at any time. To do this, log into your customer account and click on ""VIP Program"".

    Your Reward Points may vary depending on whether you collect new VIP Points for activities or spend them on rewards. Please note: Reward Points expire 12 months after you have collected them, so redeem them quickly!

  • Is it possible to add points retroactively to my account balance?

    Your points should be added even if you were not logged in during the ordering process. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours until your points are added to your account. If the points are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service. Please send us your order number so we can help you as soon as possible.

  • I have just created an account but I have ordered before. Will I retroactively receive VIP Points?

    VIP Points for orders in the current calendar year are credited retrospectively. Points should be added until up to 24 hours after registration. If the VIP Points are not added after this timeframe, please contact our customer service team. If you do so, please send us your order number so we can help you as soon as possible.
