Yes, you can. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email.
- Tracking link: Click on the link in your confirmation email to check the current status of your shipment.
- If you have an account: Log in and go to “Orders”. Select the relevant order and click “View Tracking” to be taken directly to the carrier’s tracking page.
Please note:
- It may take a few hours after receiving the confirmation email for the carrier’s tracking page to update.
- For orders outside Germany, the tracking link will only activate once your parcel has reached the first distribution center in your country after leaving Germany.
- Always check the tracking link for updates on delivery attempts or if the courier has trouble locating your address.
