  • What are the shipping times?
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.

    Be aware that our usual processing time at the warehouse takes usually 1-2 days. So you should receive your parcel within the following amount of days: 

    Standard shipping
    is available with:
    DPD and DHL to Germany (4-5 working days)
    DPD and Mondial Relay to France (4-5 working days)
    DPD to Austria (4-5 working days)
    Amazon to Italy (within 6 days)
    SwissPost (transit via MeinEinkauf) to Switzerland (7-9 days)
    Post NL to Belgium and the Netherlands (4-5 working days)
    GLS to Luxemburg (4-6 working days)

    Please note that deliveries to remote areas and islands, with all shipping methods, usually take 1-2 extra working days.

    Express is available with DHL Express to Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
    By selecting this option your order will be processed and shipped with priority over Standard orders. Place your order before 12:00 noon on weekdays for same-day processing.

    Don't worry if the tracking link is initially disabled; the tracking link will be activated as soon as your order reaches the first distribution centre after the transit period. Always check this link also to verify delivery attempts that have already taken place and possible problems of the courier in locating your address.

    Please note: In case of increased order volume for e.g. special occasions such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day, as well as holidays and delivery issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Here, the processing of your order may increase to 4-7 business days plus shipping time.

  • Will my parcel arrive before Valentine?
  • To help us ensure that your parcel arrives before Valentine, we recommend that you place your order by the following dates:

    Germany: 10.02 before noon
    Austria: 10.02 before noon
    France(DPD), Belgium, and Netherlands : 09.02 before noon
    Italy and France (Mondial Relay): 08.02 before noon
    Switzerland: 08.02 before noon

  • Can I track my order?
  • Yes, you will receive a tracking link from us in the shipping confirmation email once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner. Click on the link to track the current status of your shipment. 

    If you have an account with us, log in and you will be taken to your order summary under "Orders". Click on the respective order and you will find a link "View Tracking" which will take you directly to the tracking page of the shipping service provider. 

    Please note that it may take a few hours after receiving the email for the shipment status to be updated on the shipping provider's site.

  • How much is the shipping?
  • We ship all orders from Germany. For this reason there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU (incl. Switzerland).
    For orders outside of the EU extra charges can apply. Please note that depending on the country, there are different regulations regarding customs duties or import sales tax. These fees go 100% to the customs of the respective receiving country and must be covered from the customer. If you refuse to accept the order, the fees will still be charged. These fees will be deducted from your credit in case of a return shipment by UPS or DHL.
    For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also takes care of customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and shipping costs charged. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to inform you, for reasons of transparency, that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the retail chain. This does nit result in any additional costs for the buyer.

  • Can I use a relay station for the delivery?
  • Yes, you can, as this delivery option is also the most sustainable of all delivery options. Help us keep CO2 emissions as low as possible by choosing either a DPD pickup point or a DHL Packstation near you to collect your package.

    Shipping to a DHL Packstation (for Germany)
    Please select the DHL delivery option. Enter your name as usual in the first address line during checkout. In the third line under "Street name and house number," enter "Packstation" instead of your street name, along with the corresponding Packstation number, for example, "Packstation 123." In the fourth line under "Apartment, Room, Postal number," please enter your personal postal number.

    Shipping to a DPD, Mondial Relay or Post NL Pickup Point (for Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and France)
    Enter your delivery address as usual, click "Continue to Shipping," and select the "Delivery to Pickup Point" option. Under the "Select pickup station" option, you can choose your preferred Pickup Point. The pickup points show the distance to your address in kilometers, allowing you to choose the closest one. Select it and click "Confirm selection."

    Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a pickup station from a different service provider than the one chosen for shipping.

     

  • I have chosen as delivery location the drop-off at a spot of my choice ("Ablageort"); what is the difference with a regular delivery?
  • If you decide to deliver your parcel at a spot of your choice at the provided address (e.g. terrace or garage) please make sure that the selected location is safe. Delivery to the place of your choice is at your own risk. If the parcel cannot be found at the place of your choice, neither AVA & MAY nor the carrier will cover the losses.
