Gift Cards

  • What is the value of the gift cards available?

    We offer gift cards in the following amounts:

    30€
    50€
    75€
    100€
    150€

    After the gift card has been purchased, we will send you via e-mail a voucher code with the chosen amount. This code can then be redeemed at checkout (instructions are also included in the e-mail).

    Please note: Unfortunately, no discount codes can be applied to our gift vouchers.

  • How do I redeem my gift card?

    You can easily redeem your gift card at the checkout. Insert the code in the dedicated area at the checkout ("gift card or discount code") to detract the value of your gift card from the total order amount.
    Please note: due to some technical limitations, Gift cards do not appear valid in the cart drawer. Simply click on "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your gift card in the "enter code" field.

  • Can I use my gift card for multiple orders?

    Yes, as long as there is still credit on the gift card code.

  • Is it possible to combine gift cards?

    Yes, you can combine and redeem the value of multiple gift cards detracting the value from the total order cost.

  • For how long is my gift card valid?

    Our gift cards have no expiration date

  • What happens if I return my order purchased with a gift card?

    We will refund to you the used amount of your gift card onto the same original gift card code that you received in the first place, so that you can reuse the code again for another future purchase. If you had to use an additional payment method, we will also refund you this amount back on the same payment method.
