• Why can't I find faynt.de anymore?

    Our FAYNT brand has officially become part of AVA & MAY and that is why from now on you will FAYNT products directly on our AVA & MAY website.

  • What happens to the FAYNT Club Coins that I have already collected?

    In case you are not yet an AVA & MAY VIP customer, the points that you have already collected will be added to a new AVA & MAY profile in the beginning of December. Of this you should or should have received an email as well. Once you log in into your new AVA & MAY account, you will be able to see and use them the same way as before.

    In case you were also an AVA & MAY VIP customer already, the points that you have collected so far with FAYNT will be automatically added to your AVA & MAY account.

    In case you don’t want to us to create a profile for you and move your points, please contact our customer care team and they will be more than happy to help you.

  • How long lasts the 15ml perfume with a daily use?

    Of course it depends on how regularly and intensely you use the perfume, but if you use the perfume with 3-5 sprays it will last for round about one to two months.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can. Once the order is on the way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can simply click on "Follow my order" to land on the Order summary page. Just below the map which shows your delivery address, you can see with which carrier your order has been shipped and its tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you will be automatically redirected to the respective page of the shipping service provider to read through all the parcel status updates.

    If you have not received an order or shipment confirmation, please contact us through our Helpdesk and our colleagues from the Customer Care Team will be able to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

  • What if I bought a fragrance and don't like it?

    We hope, of course, that you like our fragrances as much as we do. In order to be able to sniff our assortment in advance, we have created various Explore Sets. In addition to the perfume, you will receive a 2ml tester to try the fragrance. If you don't like it, you can send the unopened perfume back to us and get your money back.

    We also offer several pre-made tester sets and you can use Tester Mix & Match to create your own individual tester set and get a discount on your next order.

    If you have bought the wrong fragrance, we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused. For questions regarding returns, feel free to check here.

  • How can I return my order?

    Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and refunds of used items (especially testers) will not be accepted or refunded. If you are not satisfied with a product, please feel free to contact us. We will surely find a solution.

    If you want to return your order or have any problems with a return, please contact us at info@ava-may.de or through our helpdesk and our colleagues from the Customer Care Team will create a return label for you, with which you can send your order back to us free of charge. After you send your package back, feel free to let us know when the package has arrived at our warehouse and we will manually refund the money for you.

    If you have received a defective or broken product, please contact us through our helpdesk. In order for us to check the damage or defect, you will be asked to upload a picture of the product.
