  • What is "Refer a Friend"?

    If you want your friends and family to get to know our products and get a discount on them, you can share with them your personal referral link. When the personal link is sent and your friend clicks on it, they will then be directed to our website, where they will be given a one time use discount code. You can obtain 500 VIP Points each time someone makes an order via this link.

    Please note that this code will only work and your VIP points will be added if your friends and family have not made any purchases before with AVA & MAY.

  • How do I get my referral link?

    You will automatically receive your personal referral link as soon as you become a VIP member, so basically just after you create an account with us. You can see your personal link directly in your Account Page.

  • Why should my friends use my referral link and what do I get in return?

    When clicking on your personal link, your friends will receive a discount (the percantage varies from one country to another) on their first order on our website (excluding Minis, products from our Outlet category or Special Editions, like for example the Advent Calendars). In return, you will receive 500 VIP Points every time someone makes an order using your link.

    You can redeem your VIP Points for various Rewards in your VIP Page. There you can see which gifts are offered in exchange of how many points at any time. To do this, log into your customer account and click on "VIP Program".

  • Which conditions related to the referral promotion do I have to consider?

    Using your personal link, your friends will get a discount on their first purchase*. The amount discounted depends on the country from which you have created your account. You can see the % discount given in your Account Page. The code is not applicable on Minis, products from our Outlet category or Special Editions, like for example the Advent Calendars. The code cannot be combined with other vouchers and can only be redeemed once per customer.

    *In order to be able to buy with the discount, they must not have made any prior purchases or have an account.

  • Can I share my referral link online?

    You are welcome to share your personal link with all your friends and familly: whether via Whats App, email or via your social media channels!
